Our Vocation Directors give leadership to fostering vocations and direct the discernment and entrance process.  The Vocation Team, the Formation Team and the Congregation as a whole support the vocations of young women called to religious life in our Congregation.   We have an active vocation direction program in the United States and Mexico.  Women who feel called to Dominican life in Guatemala or Germany may contact the vocation director for the United States or Mexico for help in finding a suitable community to support their vocation.

We support young women in discernment by personal communication throughout the year, invitations to events and feasts, faith formation groups young adult events, regular discernment days and weekend retreats throughout the year.   Each of our communities and every sister in the Congregation has made a commitment to pray for young women discerning God's will and the call to religious life.

Each Sister readily accepts the responsibility of praying for and nurturing vocations of the young women in discernment with our congregation.
