We offer support for adult spiritual development and mature faith formation through shared contemplative prayer, twilight and weekend retreats, speakers and presentations on a variety of topics related to faith and spirituality. Spiritual Direction and discernment with a group or individually are also offered on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
Spiritual Direction is a formal way of sharing the movement of God in your life by listening to the voice of the Spirit in conversation with a person trained in the practice of Spiritual Direction.
